"This company added my wife to a homeowner policy with her mother without consent, or any type of signatures from my wife. We figured this out in Dec of 2024 and sent emails with Cara Kindall asking for it to be removed as we had no knowledge of this policy. I am in the process of buying another home and was informed by my agent that my wife was still on this policy. I had to call and threaten bad faith allegations as once again my wife was added to a policy to improve her mother's insurance rate with zero consent or authorization before them finally removing it. I never leave reviews, but given the circumstances on this event I believed it to be necessary."

"As a customer of State Farm, I received a Ting device (at no cost) to prevent electrical hazards. Over the weekend, Ting alerted me to hazardous surges coming to my home. My utility company did not see anything suspicious on their readings but Ting was able to support me in talking points with my utility company to convince them to come out and check their equipment. Come to find out there was damage to their equipment that could have damaged my appliances or caused a fire.
