"We met with Lance recently after switching insurance agents. We have been with State Farm for decades, however, after the agent whom we had a wonderful relationship passed away we were assigned to an agent who would not even personally return our phone calls. Lance was wonderful as he reviewed our entire insurance portfolio and made suggestions of not only possible additions but also an area he felt we had coverage that may not be needed due to our age and stage in life.
